Our Name
A story of a mountain goat and an alligator.
In 2025, when MontGlade was reimagined from its previous business, the goal was simple: keep the creativity alive while solving complex problems for clients. The story of how we came up with the name MontGlade is one of those moments that reminds us to never lose sight of imagination.
It all started when a child, with a mind full of wonder, told a tale about a mountain goat and an alligator fighting over a single plant. The mountain goat, strong and determined, would climb steep cliffs to claim the plant at the peak, while the alligator, strategic and adaptable, would make its way through the wetlands to reach the same prize. In their quest for the plant, each had its own way of thinking and approach to solving the problem—yet they both shared a common goal.
The story struck a chord. It became a metaphor for business at MontGlade: different strengths, different approaches, but always working toward something valuable. And so, MontGlade was born—the name representing the harmony of the mountain and the glade, two distinct habitats where strength and adaptability thrive.
At MontGlade, we embrace both the mountain goat’s determination and the alligator’s adaptability.
